The tenth ordinary General Assembly took place online on 30 March 2021 from 4:30 to 6 pm. President Andreas Kellerhals chaired the meeting, Darienne Hunziker took the minutes.
Hannes Gassert reported on the 2020 association year, Mario Cacciatore presented the accounts. As the auditors’ report was still outstanding, the members approved the 2020 accounts and the 2021 budget provisionally and unanimously. Membership fees and the discharge of the board were also confirmed unanimously.
Izet Ahmetovic and Ladan Pooyan-Weihs stepped down from the board; the ten sitting members were re-elected unanimously.

2. Approval of the 2020 annual accounts
Motion of the board: approval of the annual accounts. As the report of the auditors Wobmann Treuhand AG is still outstanding, the accounts and the budget are approved provisionally – unanimously; should the audit find shortcomings, they will be brought back to the assembly.

3. Approval of the 2021 budget
Motion of the board: approval of the annual budget. Approved provisionally and unanimously together with the accounts.

4. Membership fee for the association year 2021
Motion of the board: leave the membership fees unchanged. Approved unanimously.

5. Discharge of the board
Motion of the board: discharge for its activities up to the end of the 2020 association year. Granted unanimously.

6. Board
Izet Ahmetovic and Ladan Pooyan-Weihs do not stand for re-election; the association thanks them for their commitment. The ten sitting members – Andreas Kellerhals (president), Hannes Gassert (vice-president), Andreas Amsler, Beat Estermann, André Golliez, Oleg Lavrovsky, Rahel Ryf, Matthias Stürmer, Mario Cacciatore and Christian Trachsel – are re-elected unanimously.
