The 13th General Assembly took place on 5 March 2024 from 18:00 to 19:30 at the Polit-Forum Bern. President Andreas Kellerhals chaired the meeting, Gaston Wey took the minutes.

The audited 2023 accounts, the discharge of the board and unchanged membership fees were approved unanimously, as was the 2024 budget – with higher funds for the working groups and Open Event Data, as moved by Beat Estermann.

Oleg Lavrovsky, on the board since 2012, stepped down and moved to the advisory board.

2. 1. Report of the board

   Report on the association’s activities in 2023, presentation and discussion. Item without a vote.

3. 2. Approval of the 2023 annual accounts

   Explanation of the income statement and balance sheet, report and recommendation of the auditor Wobmann Treuhand AG; the accounts are audited and closed. Motion of the board: approval. Approved unanimously.

4. 3. Discharge of the board

   Motion of the board: discharge for its activity up to the end of the 2023 association year. Approved unanimously.

5. 4. Budget for the association year 2024

   Explanation of the budget. Beat Estermann moves higher spending for the working groups (CHF 14,000) and Open Event Data (CHF 4,000). The budget is approved unanimously with this addition.

   Motion of the board: leave the membership fees unchanged. Approved unanimously.
