Test Our Open Parl Data API
- Parliament

46 cities. 26 cantons. 2 countries (🇨ðŸ‡ðŸ‡±ðŸ‡®). For a year, we have been collaboratively building our open API for harmonized parliamentary data to promote transparency, innovation and participation in Swiss politics. Our data infrastructure imports data from 74 national, cantonal and municipal parliaments (some APIs, mostly websites) and partially* cleans, harmonizes and publishes them openly for you to build tools, data visualizations and analyses.
For a couple of days, the Beta version has been ready for testing. So if you are a journalist, political scientist, developer, civil society actor or just someone interested in data on political affairs, parliamentary proceedings, political actors, decrees, consultations etc., please test test test our API’s functionalities and provide us with feedback on your observations, any issues, or missing options (search functionalities are not yet fully implemented) via creating issues on GitLab (with label = API) until next week! Additionally, we have created a minimal graphical user interface (GUI) to preview the data. Please also test it and provide us with feedback using GitLab issues (label = GUI/website).
