YouRepresentative
Create a simple way to connect with your representative. Use the role model of https://democracy.io/#/ - a platform built by the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) where you can enter your address and immediately get a form that allows you to write your representative through eMail, SMS, Twitter or Facebook. Extremely valuable for crowd action and individual political engagement.
Source code for democracy.io available on GitHub https://github.com/sinak/democracy.io
